How would you propose to make this point to someone who does not believe the Bible?

Great question! We need to show the unbeliever that if they reject God, they couldn't live.

When someone says they don't believe in God, what they're really saying is "It makes more sense that God doesn't exist." That isn't true.

Why does gravity continue to stay the same day in and day out?

Why do we get angry at child molesters? Aren't we all just stardust?

Why are you and I talking in a logical way? Why be logical?

On the atheist view, there is no right or wrong, there is no order or structure, there is no meaning. And yet, there are zero atheists that live that way.

That proves the existence of a higher power, but not the existence of the God of the Bible. Most world religions agree on most ethics, as does general agnosticism.

There are very few true atheists in the US, most are really agnostics.

I’ll be doing an episode in a few weeks with Eli Ayala where we will hash this out more, but in short, all non-Christian religions and worldviews have the same problem; they lead to absurdity. Any similarity we see is surface level, it doesn’t survive under close examination.
